Right of withdrawal
Information on exercising the right of withdrawal in the case of a purchase contract for the delivery of one or more goods in one shipment – cancellation policy – right of cancellation.
You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reasons.
The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you who is not the carrier took possession of the goods.
In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must contact My Pellets Handels GmbH, Hoermsdorf 190, A-8552 Eibiswald; premium@mypellets.at, tel 43 3466 42704, by means of a definitive statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You can use the cancellation form for this, although this is not mandatory.
You can also fill out and submit the sample cancellation form or another definitive declaration electronically on our website. If you make use of this option, we will immediately send you confirmation (e.g. by email) of receipt of such a cancellation.
It is sufficient if the notification of withdrawal is sent prior to expiry of the above-specified cooling-off period.
Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from a contract, we will be required to reimburse you all payments we have received from you including delivery charges (excluding any additional charges that may arise because you have selected a method of shipment other than the low-cost standard methods offered by us) without delay or at the latest within 14 days of the date on which we receive your notification of withdrawal from the contract. For this repayment we use the same payment method that you used in the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees as a result of this repayment.
We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have sent the goods back, whichever happens sooner.
